Farosian only evaluates and processes information in the public domain. This is content which has been published publicly by the individual which is out on the open web. Farosian follows and abides by all laws such as POPIA, The Films & Publications Act, The Employment Equity Act, The Labour Law, GDPR and FCRA. This means that all information gathered is completely legal, and due to the fact that Farosian uses consent forms and requires a cell phone number or email address, we only screen individuals who are all knowing and willing to have their digital media screened.
When screening is outsourced to a third party, all personal information such as gender, race, ethnicity, disabilities, sexual orientation, political views and religious affiliations are NOT taken into account. Screening is completely impartial and free of bias and prejudice. When screening is conducted internally, it becomes impossible for hiring managers to screen individuals bias-free. It also provides room for litigation issues due to the nature of screening as there are a number of very specific laws and regulations which need to be abided by. On top of that, there are a number of complexities involved in the matching of content and accounts, which is why it’s best left to the professionals.
Farosian caters for large popular use platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, and Pinterest. Any that we do not cater for on the platform basis is reported in the Google section. We do not screen peer-to-peer messaging platforms, dating applications, or any personal search history.
Farosian offers 4 different report types, namely Basic, Standard, Full, and Corporate High Profile. They differ in a number of ways. For more information, get in touch and we’ll send you a demo and a breakdown!
At Farosian, we believe in taking a holistic perspective, instead of just focusing on the negative side of screening, we are proud to not only provide insight into the potential “red-flags”, but also put a huge emphasis on the positive traits and skills displayed by individuals.
Farosian offers a full historical analysis, but this is dependent on the country in which the report is used. For South African clients, we conduct a full historical assessment, however, due to differing laws and regulations, the history is determined based on country.

Social Media Policy Design:
A social media policy often forms part of another policy such as a marketing policy. However, due to the nature of social and digital media and the massive role it plays in our day and age, it is essential for businesses to have a stand-alone social media policy in place.
A social media policy serves as a guide for employees on how to manage their online activities. These are put in place to protect an organisation. This ensures that there are actions in place to handle situations that will arise in the future.
Farosian policies are completely tailor-made, and customised to suit your unique business needs. Every business is different, and therefore cannot all be expected to follow the same policy guidelines.
No, a social media policy is a structured document which guides employees on how to manage their social media profiles and behave online. It does not by any means restrict what you can do online.
Due to the fact the Farosian policies are customised, tailor-made solutions, there are a number of factors involved, and therefore the price is dependent on a number of factors. Contact us for a quote.
